Customers drop off broken phones. Diagnose them, crack them open, swap the bad parts and hand them back before the deadline. Sloppy work costs you cash and reputation.

1. 01 Scan with the Multimeter to find hidden faults.
2. 02 Heat the adhesive, then pry all four points.
3. 03 Unscrew the shield and disconnect the battery.
4. 04 Swap parts, then reassemble everything.
